Henna called Mehandi in India lives and is widely distributed to many countries in the world such as Nepal, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Iran, Syria, Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, Africa and other parts of America and Europe. Henna blooms with a fragrant and green-white in color as native shrubbery of a purple loose-strife family.
A leaf of Henna has a vegetable pigment called Lawsonia, which is dyed into a orange and reddish brown color being absorbed to any material.
Henna has been using from ancient times, and it's legendary goes that Cleopatra of ancient Egypt had used to put it on her nails.
According to Ayurveda, a traditional medical science of India, it's effectively used for treatment of a skin disease and a fire burn and It's even use in India and Nepal at present when people decorate their hands and feet in wedding ceremony and any festival. It has been distributing widely in European market for hair treatment and hair-dye. Henna which is used practically is fine powder which is dry and pulverize from part of its trunk and leaf. There are two kinds, Natural henna, consider to be good quality made by leaf only without mixing an additional material, the other is black henna, mixed with an iron content and artificial dyes. The grade of henna for skin and hair is various, there is no distinction for both hair and skin and it is consider by how it precisely and minutely grinded.
It's generally consider the first grade of Natural henna shows green in color of the powder-surface and its particle is minute and delicate.
